I grew up around entrepreneurs. My grandparents and father built businesses in agriculture and international trade, and that shaped a lifelong ambition to one day run a business of my own.I have spent twelve years in commercial leadership roles across global shipping and mining, leading negotiations, managing significant client portfolios, building long-term client partnerships and most passionately: working with teams on the ground.I recently completed a graduate business program at Melbourne Business School to prepare specifically for this next step. After years in large organisations, I am ready for something more hands-on: leading a meaningful business that creates jobs, builds community, and solves real problems.
